Yes, we are proud to be independent and we recommend products from the whole of the market.

The firm is owned 100% by me and my wife. This is deliberate and there are no outside interests here.

We only charge pre-agreed fees for our advice. We do not accept commission in any circumstances.

We will always tell you in advance exactly how much our services will cost and agree this with you in writing before work commences. You will never receive a surprise invoice from us.

You may wonder why this is important and for me it is crucial as it avoids a conflict of interest. If you knew we would only be paid if you took out a financial product, would you trust that the advice to do so was in your interest or ours?

It is very important for you to understand that at this firm you are the client and we serve your interests first and foremost. You can see an explanation of our fees here.

All financial advisers are ultimately authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority; we choose to use the services of the Sense Network. They provide us with vital support which helps us run the business, including technical and compliance updates, as well as regularly checking the advice given.

Yes we are required to maintain this at all times.

I am based in Sussex near Gatwick airport and also offer meetings via Teams or Zoom.

I am happy to arrange a face to face meeting at my office at Worth Corner. If you would like me to travel outside of Sussex for our first meeting, I reserve the right to make a charge to cover the time spent travelling and any transport costs. This only applies to a first meeting. Existing clients do not pay any extra meeting costs.

I do not charge for a first meeting if it is held via Teams/Zoom or at my office in Sussex. If you require me to travel to you, I reserve the right to make a charge for the travel expenses and time I spend travelling which would depend on the distance. I would obviously tell you this in advance.

I have deliberately not asked my clients to leave reviews on Google as they have to use their real names and I do not want a list of my clients on Google for hopefully obvious security reasons. You can see testimonials from other clients by reading this pdf.
